Documentation standard

Kiln does not infer a lot match from a filename, old upload, supplier statement, or product name. A record must be explicitly marked verified and include the product, lot identifier, laboratory, test date, methods, published result summary, and source document.

How to read a lot record

Match the lot identifier in the published record to the identifier associated with the product you are reviewing. Then check the named laboratory, test date, analytical methods, reported attributes, and source document. A certificate applies only to the identified sample and reported methods; it is not a general guarantee for a different lot, configuration, or later handling condition.

If no verified record appears, Kiln makes no lot-level testing claim for that product on this page. Contact support with the product name and lot identifier if you need help locating a record already published by Kiln.
